I am interested in one of your commercial spaces/apartments — who do I contact?
The details on who best to contact can be found on the Contact Us page or the property details of the property you are interested in.
Do you rent furnished apartments?
Base Spaces does not rent furnished apartments. However, all our apartments are equipped with appliances; at least a stove and refrigerator. Some apartments are equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, or washer / dryer.
How do I pay my rent?
You can pay via e-transfer or through the Building Stack app accessible via the Tenant Portal link.
Where do I go for a maintenance request?
If the request is an emergency please contact 911. For general maintenance requests it's best to contact info@basespaces.ca or call (514) 999-4352. We will respond to the request in a timely manner.
What's your minimum lease term?
Residential leases are for a standard 12 months — we do not offer month-to-month options at this time. Commercial leases vary and are negotiated between leesor and leesee.
